Fee Schedule For Calendar Quarters Beginning April 1, 2026 Through December 31, 2030
The Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2025, Pub. L. No. 119-76 (BAIA 2025), was signed into law on February 6, 2026. Effective April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030, BAIA 2025 increases the fee percentage in the largest bankruptcy cases from 0.8 to 0.9 percent. Other than this change, the quarterly fee schedule under BAIA 2020 (Pub. L. No. 116-325) remains the same under BAIA 2025. The following table displays the disbursement ranges and quarterly fees under BAIA 2025 for calendar quarters beginning April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030.
